Assessment and treatment varies depending on the service you required please get in touch for more information.  We ask for payment before your session starts. For insurers and other referrers, please get in touch to discuss with us further. And we’ll charge an additional fee if you need us to write letters or clinical reports. We understand life can be very busy therefore we do offer telephone or secure video conferencing appointments to suit your requirements. 

 We’ll always need 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move a session. If you don’t let us know in time, we’ll need to charge you for the missed session. 

No – you don’t need a GP referral. You can ‘self-refer’ to our service.
